Intellectual Property Infringement Policy

At Onetify, we collaborate with various suppliers to offer a diverse marketplace. The images displayed on our site are provided by our suppliers with their permission.

We take intellectual property and copyright matters very seriously at Onetify. If you believe that any images on our site belong to you and you wish to file a removal request or complaint, please provide the following information:

1. The product URL/SKU
2. Proof of ownership of the image
3. Proof of your right to file the complaint or request, such as your relationship with the image (e.g., are you the creator or the owner of a company that owns the image?)
4. A copy of your filing to the DMCA. If you have not filed with the DMCA, please indicate your reason.

To submit a notice of IP infringement, you must be the rights owner of the IP being reported or an agent authorized by the rights owner to submit notices on their behalf. We will investigate the listings or content upon receiving your report.

Once we receive the required information, we will act on it within one business day and contact you via email.
