This issue is most commonly caused by the e-bike’s powerful motor and flywheel rotation. If you suspect a problem with your e-bike, please record a video and contact our customer service team at Support@onetify.com for further assistance.
Q10: Can I modify the bike by myself, such as brakes, chains, gears, and generators?
We highly recommend that you make no modifications if you are not familiar with the performance of the e-bike itself.
Returns are not eligible after 30 days of the delivery date.
To be qualified for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also have less than 10 km on the display, and all included items (charger, keys, hardware, etc.) must be present. Additionally, you will need to provide the original proof of purchase.

A.If you need to return your e-bike or battery and use our provided return label, our warehouse will take 5 business days to confirm the status of the item. Once we verify that the e-bike or battery is in good condition, we will issue a refund within 3-5 business days. We want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase and are here to help in any way we can.
B. If you need to return the item, kindly provide us with the courier's name, a photo of the waybill, and the tracking number. Once the tracking indicates delivery, please allow us 5 business days to verify the package's condition. Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after confirmation. Thank you for your understanding.
If the model of the returned e-bike or battery is inconsistent with the order information, We won't be able to provide any refund.
In case the returned e-bike or battery does not match the original description, a percentage of the amount will be deducted. This deduction will be determined reasonably by us, based on the loss of parts.
How can I get the refund.
Upon receiving and examining your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund approval. We retain the right to withhold the full refund value if the bike is received in unsatisfactory condition. A restocking fee of 5% will be deducted. Kindly note that any bike in your possession for 30 days or longer will not qualify for a return.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
